Message	"track day" I have been doing these on street tires for years now in two different Z's and havent damaged my motor. But it is a very real risk, however I can't recall anyone here making a post about it happening to them for the last 6 or 7 years. I think if you are new to track days and are in a basically stock Z with street tires then your risk is very low.
